Editing Blog: Tying up loose ends

We left off with our video only having the video clips all in the right order. We had to finish the video today with everything needed. So first we put in the music that we got. We got the music from Jamie Christopherson and the music fit perfectly into our video. The next thing we had to do was the voiceovers for the video. When recording outside, many of the sounds from others talking, wind, or sounds in general made our voices seem low. Even we couldn't hear ourselves while watching. We tried to go record again so we could hear our voices but it didn't work. We knew the only thing we could do to make our voices be heard is to do a voiceover of the lines. So we recorded our lines of dialogue and put them in the video in the required places. We did not voiceover all the scenes because some of them were alright or quiet. At this point the audio was put in with the voice lines and the music. We made sure to not put the music too loud so we could hear the voices. We also finished the video parts. Everything was recorded and trimmed to make it 2 minutes or less. Everything was looking fine for our video. The only thing that we had some issue with is the group titles for our video. Although we had the names and titles for everyone, it seemed like they were out of place in the video. We tried really hard to make the titles work but they didn't fit no matter what we did. In the end we just did our best and had to leave it for the peer review that was upcoming.
